i bought some of this the other week £35.00 friut punch flavour , i only had 1 scoop full 30 mins before my training , in the first 15 mins i was light headed and shaking , but it made me train alot harder than i normally do , i train for 2 hours on a monday (conditioning) so im just wondering if i should use it as a in training drink as well , say half scoop in a litre of water , just to keep me going thouh it, but i would recommend this
