as for my background perry i started doing tang soo doo in school moved on to kickboxing then karate then started aikido and still continue to do so and i have just been to a few starter class's for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai

thanks for finding the link dave but i've encounted castle black belt b4 i wouldnt want to insult anyone that trains there but i would recomend looking elsewhere it's far to expensive for what you get

any other advice?
