I'm going to bump this thread back up.

Hows everyones training going?

My knees are getting deadly and kicks are becoming even quicker. The only problem I have at the moment is a lack of energy as I'm currently on a "CUT" so quite a decrease on my daily caloric maintenance. Also, the missus is pregnant so sleep is a luxury I'm missing out on.

Like yesterday for instance. I forced myself to go to the gym for a weight session. Trust me, it was hard just walking there. Got there and there was a boxing session about to start and only one person turned up for it. My coach turned to me and said you up for it? Hardest session I've had for ages lol.

Worth it though. Never give in, reach down, grit your teeth and DO IT!!
