hi sifu i do aikido 3 times a week monday, wensday and fridays looking to swap wensdays aikido lesson for a muey tie class and fridays for bjj. weight train tuesday, thursday and sat and just relax on sundays
as for my condition i could do with losing some weight
i'm 22, 6ft2, 18 and a 1/2 st i reckon i've got about a stone of fat on me i'll be honest and say my diet could do with a improvement as i just eat junk
