Good plan on rearranging your days to incorporate the other styles.

If you want to look good in the mirror then about 70% of wat your doing should be focused on your diet. If you're eating crap and change to healthy eating and continue with your training plan you should drop weight quite quickly.

You need a high protein plan and drop calories under maintenace to lose fat. If you want any advice let me know.
