As it stands, back in to normal routine with work

Gym 3-5 times a week depending on shifts.
Boxing Monday and Wednesday

eventually il swap boxing for for kick boxing, but its at the same club.

For the future BJJ will be the next step. And then move from kickboxing to muay thai.
