Well being new to the game, i went to see one of the local cage clubs today. Not a bad Dojo really. Its mma mainly grappling and groundfighting on tuesdays with some striking on occasions, and kickboxing on mondays and thursdays. For time reasons ill just start with grappling but I've got some private sessions with some experienced mates lined up to improve my boxing, kicks and knees for now. Got a new training program I've sorted out to make the transition from bodybuilder to fighter or atleast athlete! Got lots of areas to work on. I'll post it in the training section. Starting the training now then soon as I've moved house in 2 weeks i'll start learning!
