Do you actually use the various styles or do you tend to stick with a certain style?
hi Perry,

To be honest at first it was a real hinderance as in wing chun and jkd I stood southpaw as my jab was faster, when I started muay thai thai this made things harder because I had to switch as I am right footed and right handed and wanted to keep my right leg at the rear.

The judo helped me with the grapping though as some things I still use and can remember like uchi mata, ogoshi, juji gatama (arm bar) and sangako jime (triangle)

In terms of mma some of the jkd is applicable, but I prefer to stick with muay thai and submission grapping now and never train any of the kung fu or jkd.

I just wish I fouind the right path sooner (like when I was 21)!

Cheers
