I agree with this, although cardio is important for fitness and health fat loss can be mostly done with diet. I used to read this a lot on bodybuilding sites in the diet section.

Basic carb cycling works pretty well for me, I usually structure my carb intake based on my days training and keep my fat (good fat) and protein intake pretty high.
