Welcome Ben,

My honest opinion is: Do each discipline in seperate gyms! But have a gym where you can bring them all together to train full MMA.

Sounds like Jarrod has found the main two disciplines you need in Muay Thai and BJJ. All you need now is somewhere/someone to teach you wrestling and/or Judo and you're away

Good Luck Fella, Keep us posted
