Default ex strongman turned mma

hello hope you guys can help me i am very confused.
i am 21 and had been doing strongman training since i was 16, i got up to 23 stone at 6ft2 but because of injury and the fact i dont wanna do steroids i have given up and decided to take up the sport of mma, i have been following it for about 2 years but now a mma gym has opened in my town i feel i would like to do the training aswell. my problem is i have managed to get down to 19stone already through just diet and full body workouts with a limited amount of cardio. my question is can someone advise me on at what weight should i start running as i feel with this bulk i am still carrying i wont be able to run for long or very far, also how many times a week ect. also what other things i can do at home to help me get in shape as i dotn wanna turn up at this gym and make a idiot of myself by lack of fitness, i do 5 varieties of pushups, dumbell stepups, sit ups, ab roller for core, resistance bands and skipping ( although not very good at the latter can only do 50 without hitting my leg )how many days should i train and what are the important supplements for mma, i currently take protien shake mixed with water, amino acids, calcuim, mult vit, iron, vit c, vit b6, vit b12, omega 3, 6, 9, zinc, folic acid, too much or not enough
