hey guys,

my history reads -
did BJJ for bout 2years on and off when i was about 12, then did nothing until 19, when i jumped on it and started training twice a week in the gym doing 3-4 of weights and cardio. I also train 2 - 3 times a week doing kickboxing/submission all taught by a couple of guys who are really knowledgable (not quite sure of their grades) but easily have 35years exp between 2 of em! and ones only 22!
Id really like to do some wrestling aswell in a few years just to grasp the basics. and maybe wish id done tae qwon do when i was younger to help with the main offensive techniques. But i do think that the kickboxing is really one of the best base martial arts for mma.
