Injured my knee
Hey,
about a month ago I injured my knee in the most pathetic way ever, i walked into a chair and the corner went up under my kneecap, i fell to the floor and it's not felt right since. It's not too sore, but it doesn't feel right and I don't want to do further damage.
I haven't been back to muay thai since due to the christmas holidays etc, I'm now looking to get back into it but not sure if my knee can handle the kicks etc.
Anyone know of any low impact exercises I could use to build the strength (and my fitness) back up a bit? I've got a crosstrainer so have been using that cause there's no impact, but it doesn't seem to be getting better.
