The other thing id say is train hard for cardio, its all good being strong but if you get gased out in 5 secs then it dont matter how strong you are, your gonna struggle. I think that actually grappling and wrestling are superb ways of building your cardio. Try to team up with someone and just wrestle to submission by chokes, arms bars, kimuras etc. I find that absolutely shattering and also good practice at the same time. Im sure you already know all this but just my contribution!
