as a kickboxer i only do wieght training once a week and cardio 5 times.
my favourtie workout is start with a 2min round on the heavy bag with a 30sec rest then a 2min round doing a exercise ( press ups, sits ups, skipping, etc.) and repeat. do it for about an hour and it will enprove your cardio and strengh .
