yeh i find myself singing to mj on my runs
oh and no xplode is awesome it is great only when do u take it and how much do u take and how long before ur session do u take it |

Take it approx 30 minutes before training.
It does have a couple of possible side effects. Every now and again I get slight stomach cramp hours later. Also, you may struggle to get to sleep like me on Wednesday night. Had 2-3 hours sleep tops and had a 17 hour day the next day. Doh!!! |

Yeah. It recommends about 30 minutes prior to training on the tub. However, if I'm doing weights and then a bag session I have it as I start my weights so it kicks in half way through and then I'm psyched up and go he;; for leather with the bags.
