Default What Music Do You Train To??

Don't think I've posted this before and can't find any history of it.

What inspires you and brings the animal out?

I have a few but depends on what kind of training I'm doing. If it's bag work, ie boxing, kickboxing etc (and maybe running) then it's the Rock IV soundtrack (trained to this for the last 14 years) and maybe Solja Boy.

Weights can be anything but normally a bit of dance to keep my head dancing My MP3 player isn't waterproof so swimming can be a little tedious lol.

Yeah, it's generally fast music to keep the adrenalin up. ANy favourites that motivate that last 5 minutes from you when all you'd rather do is colapse?

Back on topic

It was my music that got me through today. Didn't sleep well and had zero energy when I woke up. Had a good breakfast, Sultana Bran, Banana, Low Fat Yoghurt and about 4 litres of water. Dragged myself to the gym and had a caffeine drink and ended up having one of the best sessions for a long time.

Good old Rocky!!!!!!!!!

Haha. Someone you know and don't like??

By the way (forgot what it was called), the pre workout kick in the ass drink is N.O Xplode and it works really well for me. Made my workout more agressive, got a good pump and did a lot more than normal. Only side effect was it made me sweat like a b1tch!!
