Default My Fighting Fitness Is Coming Back

Took a couple of pics yesterday and they look very poserish lol.

I take pics every month or so just to compare. Got a few little niggles so
took a week off.

Let the piss taking commence

Just weights 3 times a week with the fighting. I also do a lot of surfing and swimming when I can as well. Perks of living in Newquay

In conjuction with the training, if you want to build size, you need to bulk and consume more calories than your body needs on a daily basis. So, if you work out that with all your daily activities you need to consume, let's say, 3500 calories then you need to eat at least 4000. It's easy to break it into a 40/40/20 percent combo. 40% Protein, 40% Carbs and 20% fat.

This must consume of an average of 2grams of protein per lb of bodyweight to feed your muscles and help them grow.

I'm currently on a cut.
