i got this from playing golf every day a few years back , thought it went away , did a training session this morning and god does it hurt now , im strugglin to pick up a pint of water , anythin i can take for it or will i just have to take it easy for a while ?

I had this pretty bad from over doing it on a rowing machine,
The only thing i got told was to rest it, which sucked as it did take about a week to get back to normal |
