Hi guys, im new here as you will have noticed. So this might not be placed in the right place.

But if you are in the Oxford area or near. My MMA club is lucky in providing a 3 hour seminar on March 6th of the newly UFC contracted fighter Nick Osipczak and Team roughhouse member (likes of Dan Hardy, Paul Daley, Ross Pearson, Dean Amasinger and Andre Winner). You will know him from the 9th season of The Ultimate Fighter. He lost out in the Semi finals of the show against DaMarques Johnson (who went on to loose in the final.) Dana White however called the fight, one of the best fights in TUF history.

He has since won fights on the Ultimate fighter finale 9 against Frank Lester by a rear naked choke (this earnt him a 3 match contract with the UFC)

A win over Matt Riddle in UFC 105: Couture vs. Vera.

And now he is getting ready for UFC 112 for face Rick Story in Abu Dhabi. In which the likes of Henzo Gracie and Matt Hughes will go toe to toe.

With the amount of experience he has to offer especially for British MMA, this hands on seminar will be worth it.

So the details, well there will only be a few spots i think were looking to get about 30 students. So spaces are rather limited. It will be on Saturday the 6th of March from 2pm till 5pm at Blackbird Leys Lesiure Centre. The event will cost £20 with possibilities of those who don't want to take part of the seminar to watch.

The seminar will cover stand-up, takedowns and ground game. Im also sure a little bit of time for Q and A.
