The Bodypower Expo , NEC, Birmingham
Hi all
The Bodypower Expo BodyPower : pushing the boundaries of your body's power comes to the NEC, Birmingham on May 9th & 10th. The show has a huge MMA zone sponsored by UTC (Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness). This will include: Full Size Throwdown Cage 22ft Ringside Sparring Ring Large Matted Area Grappling Dummies Punch Bag Zone MMA Specific Weights Zone MMA Cardio Zone Specialist Coaching Advice Nutrition Advice Meet & Greet Some of the UK's Top MMA Fighters Win tickets to the UFC Along with this will be a number of live demonstrations and seminars taking place . Also the annual Bodypower UTC Amateur Competition will take place on Sunday May 10th refereed by UFC referee Marc Goddard - to register for the competiton please go to Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness and click on register for Bodypower competition.
