Hi
Im Dave (22) and was introduced to MMA and UFC around 1995/6 by my dads mate. Being young and more intrested in WWF I didnt take to it as much as I have now.
Been gym training for a while, and looking for a local place to learn a martial art. (I have been to ninjutsu, but not for me, to many small joint minipultion)  Joined to gain more advice on workouts and programmes.
