Im new to the site and was introduced to it by a member that goes by the name of Dave. Me and dave have been training together now for about 4-5months and are both really seeing the benifits now.I have some back ground in martial arts in both Kickboxing from the age of 12-16 and boxing from the age of 19-present. Due to work commitments i can not get to the boxing gym all the time but as i work in a gym im lucky enough to be able to atleast keep fit and stay in shape. Anyways i hope i can bring some helpful advice to the forum if ever needed and gain some new tips and friends along the way.

Its gonna have to be Bisping at the moment just on the basis that he is a local lad and fav of all time....Ken Shamrock or Randy Cotour 2true legends in the Octagon

Welcome to the forum Craig, and thanks for joining!

Sounds like you've some great kickboxing experience to build on! In my opinion kickboxing is a great leading style, probably only second to Muay Thai. Bisping was a pretty handy kickboxer as a youth as far as I know.

PS. Perry, what do you think about an incentive/prize for recommending friends to the forum? Couldn't be too much in monetary terms as we'll go bankrupt lol, but we may be able to come up with something else?
