Hello just thought i'd say hi cus am new around here,

Just started training in muay thai so any advice on training i could do outside the gym would be apprecated

i'm from winsford in cheshire and train at theukama.org gym it only opened a few months ago. Jim burns runs it.


I support all british fighter really, like to see us do well. Very impressed with Pual Daley at ufc 103 and loved TUF 9.

Fav of all time ummmmmmm.... Tank Abbot before he went poo

I miss Tank Abbott, he might be seriously flawed as an MMA fighter but any fight involving him is always exciting.

He came very close to winning the UFC's Ultimate Ultimate 1996 tournament, he was dominating the final against Don Frye until he slipped.
