Basic technique DVD
Can anyone recommend a good technique or instruction video?
Im not yet an mma fighter but i would still like to learn some basic moves incase some punk tries it on down the pub or something!! LOL

There is a guy thats just joined our gym after getting the Bas Rutten DVD set for christmas. I haven't seen it myself but he rated it so may be the kind of thing your after?

Yeah Ive had a little look around and came across this dvd too. Think it is definately worth a look. I ll let you know you all know what i think when I get it.

I'm not sure on actual DVD's to buy, but my old trainer Kevein O'hagan has a few youtube videos online.
