Just incase none of you knew, Eddie Bravo has a DVD Boxset, Called The Twister... Its pretty much the same as mastering the rubber guard, just an earlier version that covers the more basic aspects of BJJ, where as mastering the rubber guard is for the more advanced.

Its Expensive to buy, think its about £110 in the shops and about £90 online, i havnt yet found anywhere online where you can download it. But definatly worth looking into if your serious about mma or bjj.
