Default Favourite Ground techniques

Share them!

A few of mine to get things started:

Guard pass to darce choke;

Anaconda Choke;

Triangles (reverse from modified scarf, mounted, standard, from rubber guard and from sprawl when opponent is in turtle);

Heel Hook;

Knee bar when opponent stands to pass guard.

Hi again perry!

I come from the southwest (dorset) originally and after moving away I have been back in the south for 4 years.

If you are interested in any of those techniques, I can try and find some videos to demonstrate them?

I like the lockdown to electric chair sub/sweep too. Never works in sparring for me though, the people seem to escape the lockdown too easy.

Whats the giftwrap? You got a video of it?

The GiftWrap Is A Choke Submission, Youtube It.

Its hard to get on but pretty much un-escapable if you do get it on.
