Default Márquez vs Mayweather

What are your predictions for this one? Will be watching it after the Ultimate Fighter on Saturday.

My head says Mayweather on points - My heart says 'Smash him Marquez!'

Marquez is capable, he could well do it but I've come unstuck betting against MightyMouth Mayweather before. He's so good defensively (or is that dull?), I just hope Marquez can drag him into a fight.

Bloody Mayweather! I respect defensive fighters and he's the master but I dunno if I'd wanna go too far to watch it.
The commentators drove me nuts. One round Marquez clearly landed more shots and Jim Watt was insisting that 'OBVIOUSLY, that is another round to Mayweather'.
Yeah, Mayweather won but at times you'd have thought there was only one man in the ring, the ammount Watt was sucking him off.

Mind you, this is the same Jim Watt who when Gerald Mclellan went down on one knee against Nigel Benn, clearly distressed, as his co-commentator pointed out, Jim Watt said 'there's nothing wrong with him, it's his heart thats gone'. The G-Man had brain damage and has been half -dead, blind an deaf ever since.

LOL @ Jim Watt comment! He is such a c*ck that bloke! I can't handle listening to him commentate. He always "sucks off" whoever is on top.

I was a hardcore boxing fan up to about 2 years ago but MMA has almost completely stolen my attention. I hate to say it but 90% of boxing matches bore me... I find myself needing an aggression rush such as elbows and knees!

I'm the same. Watching boxing seems a little odd now, tame maybe???. I used to obsess about it. I've written on it for boxing websites, I have I don't know how many books, magazines and films on it. Funny how things change.

Some of the (what we would call stand-up skills) are quality mind you, the defence, accuracy and lack of wasted punches can be unbelievable.

But, yeah. the fights can seem too long without the little added extras MMA provides.
