Any chance of adding a couple of extra sections:
One being "Training Logs" so when this really takes off people can add what they do on a daily basis, how they feel after, if it was a good session or bad. Also, good for other people to help motivate and see what is working for others so can adjust their workouts accordingly. I know there's a training and nutrition but just an extra for logs. Also a "Site Suggestions" section for suggesting things like the above

Yeah no probs at all!!
I'll get Jarrod to sort it asap! I have to leave that technical stuff to him you see as I'll prob end up buggering the whole forum!! As for the suggestions forum, its the very first one at the top of the page, Forum news, Questions and Suggestions, Is that ok or would you like a separate forum just for suggetions? Let me know and I ll change it to suit.
