Do you mean is it worth starting MMA?

Of course it is! You just have to start slowly and work yourself up.
Find a club in your area and go and watch a session and see if it's
something you're interested in.

If you want to do just jump in and do it. Everyone starts somewhere
so it's a case of jumping in at the deep end and doing as much as your
body allows you.

Also, just try jogging 2 or 3 times a week to build up your cardio. Start
with just 5 minutes if that's all you can do. Then the second week do 6
minute runs, third week 7 minutes etc. You will be surprised at how quickly your body will adapt
to the work load.
