You a member of a gym?? Cross trainer or static bike mate. You can also do plenty of leg weights.

Not yet mate, I'll be signing up once my arm is out of plaster.

Can't really justify it at the moment as money is a bit tight and can't start working until the wrist is sorted.

Hence no Xbox or PS3 yet

I hope you've got a missus

Honestly though, walk up and down the stairs like a million times mate. ANy sort of training is better than nothing.

Lol, I do, although it's my left hand (I'm right handed) and so not too affected in that way

Live in a 3 storey house and so I'm doing a lot of walking up and down stairs.

I try to do as much as I can but it's frustrating. Might see if I can't find a cheap static bike or borrow one. Cardio is definately something I needed to build on anyway.

It's a good excuse to give the missus though, oh and having to just lie there and let her do all the hard work lol.

What about hills around by you and putting a ruck sack on full of heavy objects?

Lol, you're right there

Walk everywhere possible, plenty of hills around I take the dogs when I can, but the bigger one can be a bit of a handful and so I have to be careful and can't take both at once on my own.

One dog in each hand mate is quality resistance training especially up a hill.

I should have said...

They walk me more than I walk them!
