We have body builders doing some mma and they recommened 3am glass of pure orange juice for insulin spike so to contunue through the night i have been doing this for about two years and i have never felt so good in the morning and we train every night and sunday mornings.
really helps to stop that horrible hang over feeling, you know the one where you have been training hard and when you get up yopu are really grogy?
