Default Shin Conditioning

Anyone Got Any Good Ways Of Conditioning Your Shins?

I've been training without shin guards and it seems to help slightly but im looking for something i can do while not in the gym to condition my shins?

I've heard rolling a glass bottle up and down them is good?

Any Ideas?

You could kick some bamboo trees down with your bare shines like Van Damme in Kickboxer!!!

What a film by the way!!
