Default Grappeling has Finally come to CHESTER!!!

Lets have it lads, the gym where i do my boxing training is now undertaking grappeling class on Thursday nite 7:30-9. This is wicked new for me as im looking to get into my MMA and hopefully compete in the near future. Im sure i can drag Dave along with me as were pretty good mates.

Should be a gooden daveo :P. Gaz is instructing it with some other lad who is an ace ground and pound artist.

Let you know how it goes when i have been and experianced it for myself. Lookin to get the head guards on an do abit of floor work if i get the chance after.WOOP WOOP

Peace out

Come on fella, head guards??? What d'ya want to use head guards for? You dont wear them to compete in MMA so why train with them on?

Anyway, good luck with the classes

Who's instructing them an at what level is he?

head guards because without them on the company is not insured to allow you to train...Personally im not assed i can take a dig as well as give one (ask dave for dets.lol).I dnt know the fella running it yet i think one of my mates Gaz has got alot to do with it he is really good on the ground and with take downs and stuff. An i think its just basic level until the class progress as its a new class init.

Anyways will keep ya posted Si,

Peace out
