So im going to start MMA and going to the GYM.
I have found a place to train and will be attending 2 times a week. I will also be going to the GYM 4 times a week. Ive never trained before so have no idea what machines to use and what muscles to train to become an MMA fighter. I also have no idea what food to eat. Please could someone give me a guide to MMA. Very much appreciated. |
