It's always good to keep your cardiovascular endurance so running/ cycling etc when you can won't harm you. Do you strength or weight train??

I've got a bench and weights, but always work harder when I go the gym. Only ever use mine randomly like after work before bed or before a shower when I haven't done arms at the gym.

best idea if u can fit it in is to do in sets like chest and biceps, back n tricep...

but i only go twice a week for 4 hours a time, so my advice if u wana do this is to get you hands on some no-xplode (theres a thread about it already) and have that then dedicate 2 nights a week to doing everything. and then prepare to feel sore the day after!!!
