Was joining an MMA academy then lost my job the next day. So I'm back doing Muay Thai twice a week and starting Jiu Jitsu in a few weeks there's a new class opening near me. Done some Vale Tudo, Kali and JKD at an acadamy in the past and boxed as a kid.

Where's that? Never heard of it.

I've just started Muay Thai, but throughout my life I've tried quite a few martial arts from karate to kendo, but I think I was a bit too young back then.

The muay thai's just 1hr and a half session a week, but I'm too busy during term to afford much more time than that anyway. It's at glasgow uni

I plan next summer to start 3 nights (i think) at the griphouse in glasgow, and also start BJJ. I could be wrong but I recon it'd be better to train in both of them for a bit before starting MMA classes.

Not started yet! Im bodybuilder turning to martial arts. I do strike work with a boxer and a Goju karate fighter just in training but not with a club.

More importantly I am starting Judo soon and plan to compete in the sport and grade etc. Ill be training Judo once a week with possible Randori sparring on a Sunday, and maybe once or twice a month Ill be going to a BJJ orientated MMA club to both supplement the judo with extra groundwork, and build my overall game for possible MMA pursuance in the future.

Much prefer grappling, but also love using the 8 limbs to inflict some quick damage!

And curiosity was spelt right.
