Default Magnesium

Hey guys,

wondered if anyone has looked into, or had any experiance with Magnesium in terms of suppliments?
I was looking into migraine (which i sometimes get from drinking coffee) and i learned that coffee makes your body get rid of magnesium, and 90%of people don't eat enough magnesium full foods.
I also learned that its used for muscle growth (in making proteins) in energy release, in blood flow, and cell production! So sounds quite important!
Does anyone have any experiance?

Would be good to hear!

The only real one I know of is of course ZMA. Its a testosterone booster which is a special blend of Zinc, Magnesum and Vitamin B6. Doesn't actually do much for test and training but is awesome for sleep. Taking before bedtime makes you sleep like a baby and wake refreshed.

Lots of companies make it.

Will def boost magnesium buddy.

No before bed for zma. No2, stimulant and creatine products are best suited to pre-workout. I dont really know of any actual names but i know the companies. Look on cnp, myprotein, maximuscle, la muscle etc. Or just google zma and go to a supplement shop that pops up. Or failing that, holland and barrett or gnc.
