Hi guys,
I'm 19, 57kg, 5ft 4 just to give you an idea of my stats. I've been doing Krav Maga for a while now but I'm starting MMA training on Tuesday like I've always wanted to. I'll be going MMA training on Tuesday nights and BJJ training on Wednesday nights. I know a gap would be ideal but due to my Uni timetable I don't have many spare evenings. At the moment I train in a 3 day split at my Uni gym but I'm sure there are too many exercises in my routine. Also I want to improve my fitness and endurance dramatically because they're not that great at the moment. What kind of conditioning routine could I run alongside a new 3 day split for strength building? I need some help putting a routine for strength, power, endurance, fitness and everything put together. Any advice would be appreciated. |
