Can anyone tell me a good stretching programme to improve my general flexibility? I really am awful at the moment - cant even touch my own feet standing or sitting. Not really sure what stretches I should be doing and how long I should hold them for. It is probably my biggest let down in terms of my training. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

For better flexibility you want to stretch before and after your workout. to maintain flexibility hold the stretch for 12 secs and to impovre flexibility hold for 30 secs.the video below has sum good stretchs for fighters. hope it helps
